Bisan & Adeem married three years ago at Piedmont Park and I had the complete pleasure of being a part of their day. It was technically their third wedding celebration and stood in stark contrast to the others, being a laidback midmorning brunch event just on the edge of Piedmont Park. It was sunny, with some of the clearest and bluest skies. The room was completely filled with love. Their wedding was a beautiful Atlanta celebration, completely, and totally them.
I was delighted to get to see and work with them again for their lifestyle family session. I even met their newest addition Jenin, who also, completely adorably, goes by “Bits!”. First, we started in their apartment, the place where Bisan also prepped for their wedding day. Afterwards, we moved to the rooftop area of Bisan’s mom’s apartment building. It is a place with gorgeous seating areas and panoramic views of Atlanta. Both of these locations are special to this family. Finding locations that are important is something I hold dear when it comes to planning sessions. During their session, we focused on the everyday moments for them: books, toys, and a ton of laughter. These pieces of real life are what lifestyle family sessions are all about!
