Well, it’s finally happened. I finally spent some time in New York state. And once there, went ahead and threw all my assumptions about the place out the window.
I spent a fair amount of time flying into and driving around Buffalo, Rochester, and Canaserega, NY. All three locations were fantastic.
Corrin & Matthew’s wedding was a huge ball of FAB and GLAM, from the couple themselves, who looked like they had stepped right out of a Bond movie, to all their friends and family, who were so much fun to work with.
The ceremony took place in the tiny church in the teeny town of Canaserega, which boasts a single blinking yellow light in the center of town. It was completely and only candlelit, and was beautiful.
The reception took place at ArtisanWorks in Rochester, a fantastic art gallery and group of studios for local artists. There was an overwhelming amount of things to draw my eye, and I don’t think I even saw half of what was there.
Thank you so much, Corrin & Matthew. Your wedding was awesome, and we loved being a part of you. You guys ROCK.
{Many thanks to my second shooter, Lou.}
